Case Management 

Case Management provides access to medical care, mental health, other related health and social services to people living in and around the central Florida area, especially to those that are without ability to normally pay for such services.

We’re here to  eliminate  the
spread of HIV/AIDS and ensure that individuals  receive effective services, referrals are made  to our community healthcare partners.
